Agreement
By using LLM Leaders services you agree to these terms and any referenced policies.
Service delivery
We provide AI agents, integrations and support as outlined in each statement of work. Clients are responsible for supplying accurate data and maintaining access to required systems.
Payment & renewals
Subscriptions renew monthly unless cancelled with 14 days’ notice. Enterprise agreements follow the payment schedule defined in the contract.
Security & compliance
We implement technical and organisational measures to protect data. Clients must notify us of any suspected unauthorised use immediately.
